But we are created with the much more greater ability.
A mind beyond any imagination as tools to surpasses our limitation.
And with this ability we are proven to do the impossible.
Like flying, even to the moon.
I think, flying is a gift from God.
He wanted us to take a peek on His perceptive.
Seeing the world from above,
and imagine how that is the way God always look to us.
Me, myself always believe that heaven and God are all above us,
up up up in the high high high sky.
And when i am high in the sky, looking above.
It makes me think about how magnificent is our world.
It reminds me of how big is our world, and how small we are.
We are such an insignificant creature living and sharing this world resources.
But so many times we forget about it,
and think that we are the king of the universe,
and all things evolve around us.
And flying, looking down like that, really always a great reminder.
The scenery is always took my breath away.
When in day, you can see clear blue sky, soft white puffy clouds.
Divided by the horizon far blue gradient sea unfolds.
The landscape with different view, busy city, small green village,
high mighty mountain, rivers, and many more.
When in night, it was spectacularly romantic, my favorite view of all time.
The city lights from above is really something magical.
I can never imagine how is it possible for such small lights join forces with each others, and suddenly boom, it can create that amazing scene.
I try to lock my eyes to that sight as long as is it possible.
Because when that sight gone, as far as you can see, all is black,
a total darkness.
In a flights some people choose to sleep, some try to catch on their reading.
I might be one of those reading people if i can but, i sadly can not.
It always make me dizzy when i read in a journey, what a waste for me.
Either it by land, sea, or even sky. Any type of journey.
Car, train bus, ship, plane.. Hhh.. Its irritated me a lot.
I hate that fact about me. I love read, but why i cannot read on a long long journey.
And some choose to watch movie if they can, or playing games.
Or chat, or just plug on their ear and listen to the music.
What about me? I just go with the flow.
But for me the other best thing about flying (other than that ecstatic eyegasm view)
is that moment of solitude.
The best flight for me is night time, seating by the window, alone with no one else beside me in the entire row.
I take out my ipod, choose the music suit to my mood, and then plug my ears.
The moment the music start, i shut down the whole world.
And for the rest of the flight.
I can have a moment for myself, a moment to talk heart to heart, mind to mind, heart to mind, mind to heart with myself.
And in between those talk, God sometimes join the conversation.
And those peaceful precious moment was the best for me.
Up in the air it was different than lock yourself on room, or taking bath for God knows how many hours, or any private moment you usually have.
No one can bother you, and nothing can distract you.
Because you can do nothing but sit down, and wait for the landing.
Instead of doing something you can do in a ground, do something hard to do, talk to your inner-self, take that time to reflect.
And without notice, time just go by easily, fly as fast as your plane travel.
Yourself is the best discussion buddy, the greatest listener, sometimes the worse adviser, but you can always be true to yourself.
No need to hide anything, and he/she is the best person to know you inside out.
And suddenly, you see a view again from the window.
And you know, your time is almost up.
Enjoying the God's gift for one tiny little time, absorbing the view,
while keep trying to save all the thought that was born on that flight.
When the plane landed, the first time its tire hit the ground.
It always with a great bump, to shake you of day dreaming.
And take you by force to face the reality.
That is, in my opinion, God's way to slap us.
To always remind to keep our feet on the ground.
You may and should sometimes look up to the sky search for hope,
but when you already are up there, never let you forgot to look down,
and see how tiny you are, and how you used to see the world before.
But we people must know well our place.
Earth is our home, earth is our ground.
Dream as high as the sky, but be humble as down as the earth.
" Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return. "
